Full Project
Management
Our full Project Management Support means you have the right skills at the right time in your project.
To kick your project off and design your plan you will need an experienced project manager. They'll have the expertise to get your project and project team up and running quickly.
As your project progresses our service allows you to flex and move to a Project Coordinator, who is great at making sure you team gets stuff done!
As the project evolves so does your support. Giving you the right skills at the right time with the added benefit of being cost efficient.
We can also provide full support to plan your project and then hand over to an existing team member to manage it.

Bespoke Services
Ideal if you need more than a toolkit, but don't need full Project Management.
We offer a flexible service that provides as much or as little support as you need at any stage of your project.
If it's support creating the scope, you just want to sense check your plan, or you want someone to create and facilitate your project kick off meeting, we can help.
This flexibility will save you paying for a level of skill and expertise you don't need.

How We Work

It's HR Project Management but not as you know it.
The usual solution for Project Management within HR is:

If you have time, recruit a fixed term contract HR Project Manager.
OR

Get a day rate HR Project Manager as a contractor, with all the expense attached.

Give the project to an already busy HR team member and see if they sink or swim.
Our approach to HR Project Management is different, we offer flexible support
to you and your team making sure you have the right skills at the right time.
This means:
If you want to use a project as a development opportunity for one of your team, but you can't afford for the timeline to slip or project to fail, no problem. We will work directly with your employee providing coaching and support so they get the experience and you get peace of mind that your project will be managed well.
Alternatively, when you have an experienced team but just need a bit of extra help, whether it's pulling the plan together, kicking the HR project off, creating the scope or drafting a business case, we can give you that additional time without an ongoing commitment.
Equally if you do need more support and want a full time Project Manager we tailor the level of skill and expertise to the stage of your project. For example, you may start with a Project Manager and as your project progresses you would move to a Project Coordinator to make sure your plan gets done!
